Read the current CLI modes

Run one auth diagnosis through Ask, Plan and Agent, then review the diff and focused test.

Step 1 of 2

Use one expired-token bug for the whole exercise. Start in Ask and attach only src/auth. Read the explanation and confirm that no file changed. Move to Plan and answer its questions before accepting the steps. Switch to Agent only after the plan matches the goal. When the edit finishes, open the review with , inspect every changed file and run the focused auth test. Use i from the review when a hunk needs correction.

  1. agent --help names the modes the CLI shares with the editor. --mode plan stays read-only; --mode ask is Q and A. --print and --resume are the script path — this is help bytes, not a live TUI session.
