Check whether the intended repository and branch are open, trusted and indexed, with one scoped task ready. Confirm indexing has started or completed before broad codebase questions. Make sure you know where to find model, privacy and usage settings before sending code. Avoid opening the wrong folder level so Cursor sees too much or too little code.
