Build it from your evidence

Have a peer push: “What evidence supports that product opinion?” and “What did you personally get wrong on that project?” A specific second answer, including a real product critique, reveals whether your reasoning holds up beyond the opener.

Use your own verified example: “On [project], I chose [decision]. [Evidence] showed the mistake. I changed [process or implementation], and [verified result] followed. That lesson connects to Cursor because [published mission, role area or sample project].” Replace every bracket with evidence from work you actually did; never borrow another person's history or result.
