Choose the right run control
Use the timing and code state to choose queue, Send now, Stop or Restore Checkpoint.

By the end, you can choose between queue, send now, Stop and Restore Checkpoint, then inspect what remains.
During a live run, use Enter to queue a message for after the active task. Use Send now or ⌘Ctrl↵ when the active turn needs the correction at its next tool call. Use Stop if Agent must make no more tool calls. If an Agent change is wrong, preview the checkpoint before that turn, restore it and inspect the remaining diff. Checkpoints are local, track Agent changes and do not replace Git.
