These terms govern your use of Learn Cursor. By using the app, creating an account, joining an organisation or paying for team features, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
Learn Cursor (“the service”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Clique Media Group Pty Ltd (ABN 22 614 800 341), a business based in New South Wales, Australia. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Learn Cursor is an independent educational study tool that helps people learn Cursor and prepare for Cursor-related work through readings, quizzes, spaced-repetition flashcards, readiness checks and course paths. Individuals can use personal learning features for free. Organisations can buy paid team training features for shared programs, roster reporting, cohorts, assignments, exports and member management.
Learn Cursor is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Cursor or Anysphere Inc.“Cursor” and any related names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are referenced here only for educational and descriptive purposes. All curriculum content is our own interpretation prepared for interview preparation, product learning and team training.
You can use much of Learn Cursor without an account. Some features, such as syncing progress across devices, the leaderboard, certificates, organisations, billing and cohort tools, require you to sign in through our authentication provider. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
If you create or administer an organisation, you represent that you have authority to act for that organisation, invite members, manage seats, assign learning work, view progress reports and bind the organisation to these terms. Organisation admins are responsible for keeping member lists, roles, invitations, cohorts and billing settings accurate.
Team members should understand that organisation admins can see organisation-level learning activity, including progress, readiness, completion, cohort and assignment information. Organisations are responsible for giving any notices, obtaining any consents and having any lawful basis required before using Learn Cursor with employees, contractors, candidates or other learners.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information to operate the service. Learn Cursor uses strictly necessary authentication cookies and uses consent-gated analytics providers including Google Analytics and PostHog to understand site usage, feature adoption and product friction. You can accept, decline or reset analytics consent through the cookie controls described in the Privacy Policy.
Paid team training is currently about USD $5 per active member each month, with local pricing available, with no base fee, unless another written agreement or checkout price applies. Cursor subscriptions are separate and are not included in Learn Cursor pricing.
Failed or overdue payments may put an organisation into a grace period, restrict team features, prevent new invitations or eventually cancel access. Admins can update payment details, seats and cancellation settings from the billing area or Stripe portal where available.
Organisation admins can schedule cancellation of a paid subscription. Unless the checkout, billing portal or a written agreement says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access to paid features may continue until then.
Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable, including for unused time, unused seats, missed learning activity or a change of mind. This does not limit any non-excludable rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory consumer protection laws. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law where that law applies.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the data you generate while using the service, such as your study progress. By using the service, you grant us permission to store and process that data as needed to operate, secure, support, bill, improve and audit Learn Cursor, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, train models on or republish the content without our permission, except to the extent mandatory law permits. Learn Cursor depends on third-party services including Clerk, Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Google Analytics and PostHog. Your use of payment, authentication and other third-party flows may also be subject to those providers’ terms and privacy policies. For example, Stripehandles checkout, invoices, payment authentication, fraud checks, refunds and disputes under Stripe’s own terms and privacy documentation.
If your organisation needs a data processing agreement, security review or procurement documentation, contact blake@cliquemediagroup.com.au before using paid team features at scale. Until a separate written agreement is signed, these terms and the Privacy Policy govern use of the service.
Business customers must not use Learn Cursor to collect sensitive information, regulated employment decisions, health data, government identifiers, payment card data outside Stripe or other high-risk data unless we have agreed in writing.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the content is accurate, complete or up to date, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that using it will result in any particular interview, hiring, employment, productivity or business outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learn Cursor and Clique Media Group Pty Ltd (ABN 22 614 800 341) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to resupplying the services or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.
If you use Learn Cursor on behalf of an organisation, that organisation is responsible for claims, losses, costs and liabilities arising from its users, data, invitations, employment or training decisions, breach of these terms or unlawful use of learner reports, except to the extent caused by our fraud, wilful misconduct or non-excludable legal obligations.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, payment fails, an organisation subscription is cancelled or suspension is needed to protect the service, users, providers or the public. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia. Mandatory local consumer, privacy or data protection rights may still apply where they cannot legally be excluded.
